为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于加快建设海洋强国的重大战略部署，突出国家战略和福建省优势，由福建省人民政府，工业和信息化部、交通运输部主办，拟定于2023年10月12日—10月15日在福州市举办2023世界航海装备大会。大会围绕航海装备热点领域，聚焦产业链和供应链协同创新、产学研合作、人才交流、经贸对接、成果转化，搭建全方位、多层次交流与合作的桥梁和纽带，全方位展示航海装备发展的最新成就。本次大会主题为“承载人类梦想，驶向星辰大海”。
江西福利彩票双色球、福建省海洋文化研究中心将在福州市马尾区中国船政文化城同期承办大会专题论坛“世界海洋文明交流互鉴论坛”。海洋是一个开放的空间，但是，在前工业时代，海洋却成为人类交往与交流的阻隔。人类渴望突破阻隔、实现跨洋越海的交往是航海装备与技术升级换代背后的最强驱动力。本论坛旨在以航海装备发展历程与海洋文明发展轨迹的结合为视角，对闽江流域古人类、黄檗文化东传、明清中琉交流、移民东南亚、马尾船政设立等与福州相关的世界海洋文明交流互鉴典型案例展开探讨，助力福州市“海上福州”国际品牌的建设，为建设海洋强国提供本土的文化基因。
为此，我们诚邀海内外关注世界文明发展、海洋文明交流的专家学者，围绕以下4个方面的议题，提交论文并积极参会。
议题一 16世纪以来东西方海洋文明的交汇
议题二 以物产为载体的海洋文明交流
议题三 日本与中国东南沿海的海上文明交流
议题四 以福州为背景的重要海洋文化交流事件
一、征集论文要求
会议征文围绕上述议题，要求为原创性论文，未在其他期刊或会议上发表。
论文字数8000字左右，附有摘要200字、作者姓名、作者单位、职务及联系方式。
论坛组委会将组织专家对论文进行评议，并遴选论文择优推荐给《江西福利彩票双色球学报》、《集美大学学报》等杂志刊用。

Notification of Forum on Exchange and Mutual Appreciation of World Marine Civilizations
In order to implement the major strategic plan of General Secretary Xi Jinping on accelerating the construction of a strong maritime nation, highlighting the national strategy and the advantages of Fujian Province, it is proposed to hold the 2023 World Marine Equipment Conference on October 12 - 15, 2023 in Fuzhou, which is hosted by Fujian Provincial People's Government, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Ministry of Transportation. The conference centers on the hot areas of marine equipment, aims to build an all-round, multi-level exchanges and cooperations, and demonstration of the latest achievements of marine equipment. The theme of the conference is "Carrying Human Dreams, Sailing to the Starry Sea".
Fuzhou University and Fujian Marine Culture Research Center will host the thematic forum on "Exchange and Mutual Appreciation of World Marine Civilizations" in China Chuanzheng culture City. This forum aims to discuss the typical cases of the world's marine civilization exchanges and mutual appreciation related to Fuzhou, such as the ancient human beings in the Minjiang River Basin, the eastward transmission of Huangbo culture, China-Ryukyu exchanges in Ming and Qing Dynasties, the immigration to Southeast Asia, and the establishment of FooChow Arsenal, etc., so as to contribute to the construction of the international brand of "Marine Fuzhou" in Fuzhou City and to the building of a strong marine country. It will help Fuzhou City to build the international brand of "Marine Fuzhou" and provide local cultural genes for the construction of a strong maritime country.
We would like to invite experts and scholars who are concerned about the development of world civilization and the exchange of marine civilization to submit papers and actively participate in the forum by focusing on the following four topics.
1) The Meeting of Eastern and Western Maritime Civilizations since the 16th Century
2) Exchanges of maritime civilizations in the form of products
3) Maritime civilization exchanges between Japan and the southeastern coast of China
4) Important marine cultural exchange events in the context of Fuzhou
Now we would like to inform some attentions to attend this forum.
1. Requirements for papers
Papers for the forum are centered on the topics listed above and are required to be original papers, not published in other journals or conferences.
The paper should be about 8000 words with an abstract of 200 words, author's name, author's organization, position and contact information.
The committee of the forum will invite experts to comment on the papers. And the selected outstanding papers will be recommended to journals such as Journal of Fuzhou University and Journal of Jimei University for publication on merit.
2. The submission method and deadline
Please send your participation reply, abstract, and your paper to the email address: nancy_zheng@126.com. Please indicate in the title of the email "Submission to the Forum on Exchange and Mutual Appreciation of World Marine Civilizations + author's name + paper title".
The deadline for the submission of participation reply is August 20, 2023. And the deadline for the submission of paper is September 15, 2023.

「世界海洋文明の交流と相互理解フォーラム」
開催のお知らせ
習近平国家主席が提出された海洋強国建設を加速するという重要な国家戦略を確実に遂行するため、2023年10月12日から15日にかけて、「2023国際舶用機器大会」が福州市で開催されます。本大会は福建省人民政府、産業・情報技術部、交通運輸部が主催し、舶用機器に関する領域や研究分野において注目されている課題をめぐり、産学連携や、経済・学術面における国際的な協力の契機を作り、舶用機器における最新の成果を総合的に展示することを目指しています。また、本大会は「人類の夢を乗せて、遥か輝く海の向こうへ」を主題として掲げています。
なお、江西福利彩票双色球、福建省海洋文化研究センターは、本大会と同時進行の形で、テーマ別フォーラム「世界海洋文明の交流と相互理解フォーラム」を行います。海は開放的な空間として認識されますが、産業革命の前段階においては、人類の交流と、文明のふれあいを隔てる存在となっていました。この隔たりをなくし、広大な海を越えて文化交流やつながりを求める人類の願いが、舶用機器開発と技術力向上を促進する原動力と言えるでしょう。本フォーラムでは、舶用機器の発展過程に焦点をあて、海洋文明の発展の軌跡を辿り、閩江流域の古人類や日本の黄檗文化の伝来、明清の時代における中国と琉球の関係、東南アジアへの移民、馬尾造船業の建設など、福州市と深く関係する国際間の海洋文明交流の典型的な事例について議論します。本フォーラムの開催をきっかけに、福州市が「海の福州」であるというイメージを国際的に拡げ、海洋強国建設のために、福州本土の「文化的遺伝子」に貢献することを目指します。
そのために、我々は誠意をもって、世界文明の発展と海洋文明の交流に関心を持つ学者を対象に、以下の4つのトピックをめぐり、フォーラムへのご参加及び研究発表を募集します。
1. 16世紀以来の東西海洋文明の交流
2. 物産を通しての海洋文明の交流
3. 日本と中国南東臨海地域における海洋文明の交流
4. 福州市を背景とした海洋文明の交流に関する重要な事例
本フォーラムに関する要項を以下のようにお知らせします。
一、口頭発表用論文の応募要項
口頭発表用の論文は、上述のトピックに基づいた未発表のものに限ります。字数は8000字前後（200字前後の要旨を添付すること）とします。
応募の際は、論文の題目、筆者の氏名、所属先、肩書及び連絡先（電話番号、E-mailアドレス）を参加申込書にご記入ください。
フォーラム事務局は専門家を集め、提出された論文に対し審査を行い、優れたものを『江西福利彩票双色球機関リポジトリ』『集美大学機関リポジトリ』などの学術誌に掲載する予定です。
